In Randall County (Northwest Texas), the Texas Department of Public Safety, alongside HSI and TDLR, raided three massage parlors. Two individuals were arrested—charged with felony and misdemeanor prostitution promotion. The operation exposed local trafficking disguised under legitimate business fronts.
